We are using high-quality flat ropes that protect your shoulders from pain if the backpack is loaded more than it should be. Sometimes it's hard to estimate the appropriate amount of things we're going to need and thus we carry too much stuff with us. Pinecone backpacks want us to learn from our experience and think twice before packing.

How to take care of Pinecone backpack?

Nothing lasts forever. However, we hope you enjoy your Pinecone backpack as long as possible. To make this happen you should take good care of it as intently as of yourself. Wash it carefully and don't overload it. Yes, it's as easy as that.   

Some of our fabrics have an impregnated surface to protect your things in rain showers. They are water-resistant but not (yet) water-proof. Washing in the washing machine can cause dramatic damage to such fabrics. Use a wet sponge and soap to remove the dirt and let it air dry after.

Always carry only what you need, don't overload the backpack, don't overload yourself.  

Most of our backpacks are unique pieces and likely you will get a slightly different one. It's because each piece is unique as human beings are. Also because we don't store tons of fabrics.
